Material synthesis

We are interested in the controllable materials synthesis at nano-scale or atomic-scale, ligand chemistry on the nanocrystal surface, and the fine manipulation of physical/chemical properties.

Scalable assembly

Assembling the synthesized nanomaterials into macroscopic structures (e.g., thin film) and translating the amazing properties of nanomaterials into desired functionalities in practical devices are our major goals.

Flexible electronics

Using the versatile synthesized nanocrystals of semiconductor, metal, and dielectric, we are exploring their potential applications in the next-generation flexible electronics devices at an affordable cost.
